So many people are suffering, and it's so important to discuss as often as possible the ways in which we can keep our fears at bay, recognizing long covid for what it is: a reaction of the mindbody system to stress and long-term sustained fight or flight. <strong>In other words, Long Covid is TMS.</strong> Today we have the first of many - a conversation with my partner and producer Lisa Eisenpresser about what it feels like to walk the world with the mindset of fear versus the mindset of TMS and safety.
