<p>When David Lewis disappears one day right in the middle of making food and looking to be about to settle in for the Superbowl, his family are at a loss as to where he could have gone. Soon reports of strange behaviour start to emerge from the previous couple of days, but still he cannot be found. Eventually he is found 11 years later but the details of where he ended up only add to the bizarre nature of this case. Why did David disappear? Was someone else involved?
