<p>For many people, losing a spouse is the worst pain they can imagine. Working through the grief of losing a loved one is difficult and complicated, and healing can take a long time, but it is possible to start moving forward again.</p><p>Today I’m joined by Yemi Majekodunmi, a thriving widow who works to help empower other women who have experienced similar loss in their lives. Yemi’s motto of “Dare to dream greater” is a call to keep moving forward after adversity, and she shares part of her framework for working through grief with us. Yemi and I also touch on how we can better support those around us as they experience grief.</p><p>Whether it’s through faith, self expression, community, or by stepping out of your comfort zone, it is possible to move forward through grief and find healing.
