S1 EP 82: "Sleepy" 😴 Joe Biden wants to send you a "Mask".

A day late, and a dollar short is my response about the Biden administration wanting to send all Americans a "Mask". Couldn't that have been done in the first week, or first 100 days of his Presidency? Everything about Joe Biden proves he leads from behind. A real President would be proactive, not reactive. Also the CDC has came out in the last week saying "Masks really do nothing to stop the spread of the virus".
