Rivers United gear up for tough CAF Confederation Cup draw

<p>Rivers United are poised for a tough CAF Confederation Cup draw, DAILY POST reports.</p>, <p>The official draw for CAF’s second-tier club competition will be conducted on Friday in Johannesburg, South Africa.</p>, <p>The draw ceremony will start at 2pm Nigeria time.</p>, <p>It will be followed by the CAF Champions League draw.</p>, <p>Rivers United could be paired with North African giants Club Africain of Tunisia, RS Berkane of Morocco, Egypt’s Zamalek and USM of Algeria.</p>, <p>Stanley Eguma made it to the quarter-final stage of the competition last season where they were eliminated by Tanzania’s Young Africans.</p>, <p>The Port Harcourt side are bidding to become the first Nigerian club to win the competition.</p>
