Revelation 13:1-10 "The First Beast"

<p>The first beast arises from the sea. It represents demonically possessed &nbsp;state government. It is empowered by the dragon (Satan). The Christian is to continue his witness in the world in spite of the beast's blasphemous speech. The true believers in Christ are sealed and protected. Their names are written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.</p>
