Rest, What Does That Look Like for You?

<p>I actually hope you didn't celebrate the fourth...hahaha, I knoooww, my laugh is confusing. Thank you for tuning in! AGAIN!!! It makes me so happy to see that you come through to hear what I have to say as often as you do. I hope you enjoy this longer episode about rest, what it's meant to me, and what it means now. If you listened to my earlier episode, "It Was A Rough Morning and then I got to Talk to You", I talk a bit about the impact self-sabotaging habits have on me. This weekend I experienced something similar and I feel like this is a continuation of that conversation. Or not even a continuation, but I am able to see a pattern in my habits and the reflections and level of awareness I've experienced with each one.
