<p>Ian Martin originally hails from Massachusetts but has spent the majority of his adult life in Colorado, until moving back to the Boston area in 2019 to pursue his passion of real estate coupled with the goal of expediting his financial freedom targets. He is the owner of Baseline Development, primarily specializing in condo conversions around the Boston area and buying and holding rental properties for long term investments and cash flow.
