The Reentry & Recovery Program, operating for over 20 years, we are dedicated to empowering justice-involved individuals to overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable career success. We are committed to fostering an environment of respect, growth, and opportunity, helping each individual to navigate their unique path to professional development and personal fulfillment. Although our main objective is to help people obtain employment, we also know that we need to meet them where they are and identify barriers, they may have to being successful at their job search. So in addition to teaching job search skill such as: interviewing, resumes writing, cover letters, digital literacy, online application, and financial literacy, to name a few.
