<p>Howard speaks with Realtor, Investor, and Actor Rhys Trenhaile about the revitalization of the Windsor real estate market, investing in real estate at an early age, and his acting career.</p><p> </p><p>Rhys Trenhaile is a co-founder of Walkerville Capital. Owing to his extensive business and legal background, Mr. Trenhaile has taken a natural role in the Private Equity Industry, focused on organizational and investment activities associated with real estate development. Mr. Trenhaile is a licensed lawyer in Ontario with over 17 years of experience working within commercial real estate sales and development. Current projects underway in Windsor's core top $25 million, and include 374 Ouellette (Canada Building), 703-17 Ouellette (Knights of Columbus Building), and 493 University Road West. In a previous life, Mr. Trenhaile was an All-Canadian member of the storied University of Windsor Track and Field team and continues to live and invest in the Windsor area. He believes a city is only as good as its core and remains hell-bent on seeing it thrive during his lifetime. In his spare time, Rhys acts in some television shows and films, probably the most prominent being a recurring role on Designated Survivor starring Kiefer Sutherland.</p>
