Reaction To Historic Address From War-Time President To Irish Government

Volodymyr Zelenskyy made history on Wednesday, when he addressed the joint Houses of the Oireachtas. The Ukrainian President told a joint sitting of the Oireachtas that although Ireland is a neutral country, it has not remained neutral to the war in Ukraine. For more on this, on Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Mariya Nikashanova, Ukrainian native living in Ennis, family from Irpin. Alan also spoke with Professor Neil Robinson, Professor of Comparative Politics at the University of Limerick, has written extensively about Russian politics and Ukranian relations.
