Quin Man Highlights Fundraising Challenge In Aid Of Alzheimer's Society

On Monday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Michael Allen who is from Quin. Michael discussed the challenge he is currently in the midst of completing, climbing Ireland's 4 highest peaks within the month of March in order to raise awareness for Alzheimer's and Dementia disease. He discussed his own mother and mother in law's suffering with the disease and wished to raise funds and awareness in their memory. He described the challenge to date which has seen him already climb Slieve Donard, Galtymore Mount Errigal and Croagh Patrick.
