<p>Questions we answered in today's Live Property Investing Q&amp;A:</p> <p>- I am trying to sell the 3-bed apartment in excess of £600,000 (1000 sq ft) on the 1st floor, but a few of my neighbours in the same block selling for £575,000 (960 sq ft) on the 3rd floor. The few agents I have spoken with suggested that I advertise for £575,000 even though my apartment is slightly bigger.
