<strong>Chromatin</strong> is the complex of <strong>DNA</strong> and proteins in which the genetic material is packaged inside the cells of organisms with nuclei. Chromatin structure is dynamic and exerts profound control over <strong>gene expression</strong> and other fundamental cellular processes.
