Soltan Beauty
Description

Verse breakdown:

1-8: Praise - looking at what God has done for his people in the past. It is a good thing to spend time on a regular basis recalling what God has done in the past

9-16: making accusations against God - you’ve caused the shame & suffering, overwhelmed by their emotions and the defeat they feel. So often in a moment of trouble we forget all of God’s faithfulness.

17-22: Protest & self justification - We look at ourselves and think how faithful that we are to God

23-26: Petitions of prayer to God - Can God deliver us is never in question, only will God deliver us from this?

Paul quotes Psalm 44 in Romans Ch. 8 - for your sake we are killed all day long, we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered. No, in all things we are more than conquerors.
