Prof. Derek Leinweber: Season 1 Episode 8

<p>Season 1 Episode 8</p> <p><br></p> <p>I am a theoretical physicist fascinated by the complex phenomena that emerge from the fundamental quantum field theory of the strong &nbsp;interactions, QCD.&nbsp;As a Canadian, I did my PhD at McMaster University, toured the States via U Maryland, The Ohio State U and U Washington (Seattle) and settled here at the University of Adelaide. &nbsp;When I'm not playing with supercomputers, I'm playing guitar (most recently Bossa Nova) or playing drums in a Britpop band called <a href="https://p.facebook.com/modebandadelaide" target="_blank">Mode</a>.
