Pressure: What it means for you and your horses

<p>In this episode I discuss the phenomenon of pressure and the importance of tuning into our own daily pressures as an equestrian. Within the episode I share a condensed pressure audit that will help bring some perspective and personal awareness to your pressure and how it effects your relationship with your horse.
