President Biden on CR and jobs report

<p>President Biden talked about the Continuing Resolution, an 11 week stopgap government funding bill, that passed Congress on Thursday, and when he signs it into law, will avert a government shutdown. He also spoke about the jobs report from the Labor Department showing 210,000 jobs created in November and the unemployment rate falling to 4.2%</p>
