Pregnant inmate in Maryland alleges being pepper sprayed and slammed to the floor

Ashiya Mincey already had a positive pregnancy test when she began serving her time at Prince George's County Department of Corrections. She alleges that staff administered a new test incorrectly, denied her medical care, food, and water, and pepper sprayed and handcuffed her in her cell.
