Practices in Agriculture Have Changed the Nutrient Levels in Our Food Supply

<p>In this episode, I share about the reality that is our soil issues in North America. Every year our farmland loses nutrients. Most of this land is not allowed to naturally recover from the farming process and therefore we are left with a food supply lacking in proper nutrient levels. Eating a healthy diet in our world today is not just about what you eat food-wise, it’s about the amount of micronutrients you are getting from both food and vitamin supplements.</p>
