"Postmodern Yoga", a conversation with J. Brown

<p>This week I have a special guest on the podcast, long time East Coast based yoga teacher J. Brown. J. has been in the game for several decades, and caught the western yoga wave right as it crested in the 90's and Early 2000's. He had his own studio in Brooklyn for ten years, and now runs programs from his home in Pennsylvania. I started listening to J.'s podcast a few months ago and really like how he "vulnerably" shares about his life and perspectives so transparently. I wanted to have him on to talk about where the yoga world has taken us post-wave-crest, and where we see the practice being utilized as we move forward.
