Poll numbers show there’s now a shortage of … hope?

<p>More than half of Americans are extremely worried about the direction of the country, according to the latest Mood of the Nation poll by the McCourtney Institute for Democracy at Penn State in collaboration with APM Research Lab. We discuss the findings with Eric Plutzer, a political science professor at Penn State and director of polling at the McCourtney Institute.
