Petra Kuppers, disability culture activist and a community performance artist, is coming to Troy. Using dance as a way to interact with the world, communicate, advocate, and engage our bodymindspirits, Kuppers will visiting both EMPAC and the Sanctuary to give talks, workshops, and performances.
