Personalized Professional Learning: Teacher Voice and Choice in PLCs and Coaching

<p>Some teachers are uncomfortable working with grade-level “teams” or in PLC’s as they believe that their voice and choice is limited with some decision that we all need to do the same thing. Steve suggests, “As a member of a PLC, a teacher can agree that the team will learn, plan, and work together to achieve agreed upon student learning outcomes.
