Permanently Unengaged Ep.6 (Turbo & Chi-Chi Make Life Worth Living)

<p>Evan Fitzgerald and Laura Lundsten begin the episode discussing their love for high-quality coffee (Folgers) and praising the kings of the ice (TB Lightning). They both decide this year that the Olympics suck, and Laura goes on a tangent about her love for MASH. The cat Noel continually chews on chords throughout the show in an attempt to either sabotage the show or commit kitty suicide. Evan recaps his parent's recent visit to Denver and how they commandeered Laura's birthday, while pushing marriage at every opportunity. This inspires Evan and Laura to brain storm on ridiculous places to get married. Marriage talk leads to a game of "The Newly Wed Game" and they fail miserably. Laura recently was blessed with the opportunity to dog sit for two miniature angels and Evan falls head over heels for these little balls of cuteness. Evan talks about his recent job loss and his experiences on the job hunt. Laura introduces a segment called "Breaking News" where she only finds one story, and it's about a man in India that raises his hand for 45 years in protest for A/C or something like that. The two went to the Farmer's Market that day so they have a brief conversation about local produce and they end the podcast thanking everyone that doesn't murder.&nbsp;</p>
