[PEP TALK] Don't let life catch you WAITING, let it catch you LIVING

<p>This is for my friend who: </p><ul><li>is trying to navigate through what feels like the hardest season she has ever been through</li><li>who feels like she is barely able to make it through the days </li><li>who is wishing away the season she is in because it feels so unbearable </li></ul><p>I heard this quote in the thickest/deepest part of my burnout and it’s something I remind myself of it everyday</p><p>I felt like I was trying to escape from the season I was in, as quick as i could but my body/feet were stuck in quick sand</p><p>Like no matter what I did, I wasn’t making forward progress</p><p>Life was passing, precious moments, days, weeks and there I was, wishing it away <br/><br/>One question: if you only live for the best moments instead of the hard, uncomfortable ones what do you miss out on? What are you skipping by? What growth opportunities are you deciding to let pass by you?<br/><br/>I give you 3 challenges in this episode to help you shift from WAITING for this season to pass and start LIVING where you 2 feet stand. <br/><br/>I believe in YOU, do you?</p>
