Pederson salutes as Ewan crashes and BEX fails to pull the break back

<p>It was another sweltering day at the Tour de France as Mads Pederson won from the breakaway after Caleb Ewan crashed with 70km falling on his knee. &nbsp;BikeExchange-Jayco committed to pulling the break back but with only two guys taking up the chase failed in their attempt, leaving another stage out of the grasp of Michael Matthews.</p>
