Paul Tue III - Kent County Schaefer Award Recipient

<p>On the surface, there's not many similarities between Washington, D.C., where Paul Tue III grew up, and Kent County, where he's lived for 15 years. But Tue saw the largely rural community provided few opportunities for young men to develop character and leadership -- so he's made it a mission to do just that, which is why he received the 2021 William Donald Schaefer Helping People Award for Kent County.</p>
