Description

Advertisement Entry of unauthorized social media influencers, YouTubers, and Tiktokers into Pakistan’s National Assembly has been prohibited by authorities. After certain social media influencers misbehaved with lawmakers last month on the assembly grounds, the NA Secretariat made the decision. Advertisement Later, the issue was brought up with the Press Reporters’ Association, which dissociated itself from social media influencers and YouTubers and requested the authorities to forbid unauthorised people from entering the Press Lounge and Press Gallery of the House. Reporters, journalists, and other members of the media who belong to accredited media organisations and possess registration cards will now be permitted entry to the assembly, according to the secretariat.
