OS 1205: A Good Time for a Little Bit of Everything

<p>There was a lot of ground to cover with the guys, mainly because of all the interesting happenings with the weather. Jeff had a chance to do some controlled burning in GA, while Kevin and Kirk had some pretty interesting - and a little frustrating - fishing experiences.</p><p></p><p>Of course, everybody talked a lot about food...probably because Chef Gordon hooked them up with another gourmet breakfast!</p><p></p><p>And finally, the guys tipped a cap to Tony Boselli, who was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The water temperature is still very cold and the reds have not made their way out of the creeks. Fritters, Vodka, Chicken Wings and Cowboy Caviar.</p><p></p><p>Capt Steve's Shrimp Fritters:</p><p>2lbs Shrimp cleaned n cut into small pieces</p><p>2cups flour</p><p>2tbs of baking powder</p><p>4tbs hot sauce(tiger)</p><p>2tbs old bay</p><p>2eggs</p><p>1 vidalia onion chopped</p><p>1 green pepper chopped</p><p>1 yellow pepper chopped</p><p>2tbs garlic powder</p><p></p><p>Mix ingredients with veggies n shrimp last</p><p>Heat peanut oil to 325</p><p>Take a tablespoon of Ingredients and drop into the oil till golden brown</p>
