Cooking Tip of the Week: Captain Kirk’s Pan Fried Soft Shell Crab</p><p>4 soft shell crabs(cleaned)</p><p>Flour</p><p>Eggs</p><p>Old Bay</p><p>Peanut Oil</p><p>Salt</p><p>Half n Half</p><p>Butter</p><p>Garlic</p><p></p><p>Wash the crab and clean the lungs out</p><p>Take flour about 1 cup and add 1/4tsp salt, 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay</p><p>Take 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of 1/2&amp;1/2, splash of water and beat till mixed</p><p>Take crabs and dredge in flour, dredge in egg mix &amp; back to the flour. Fry until golden brown.</p><p></p><p>In separate pan sauté 1 tbs of chopped garlic in 3/4 stick of butter. Pour over finished crab
