I was truly blessed by the Lord when a young married couple, both 21 years old and in Christ, approached me while I was preaching. These two precious souls are embarking on a lifetime of marriage. And, therefore, by the grace of God, I was counseling them that marriage is for life! I was giving them the teaching I have done many times on the podcast on divorce, remarriage and adultery. So that they are not lulled into the sin of adultery if they ever decide to divorce and remarry when one of them are still alive. It was truly a blessing because most young couples do not get this biblical teaching: the one flesh union is in effect until death! This martial covenant is for life! The gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ was preached, exhorting the people that they must repent, turn from their sins and come to Christ so that His precious blood can cleanse them from all unrighteousness, thereby, the wrath of God would no longer be upon them! I pray in the Name of Jesus that many hearts were pricked today that they, too, would ask what must I do to be saved?
