Oil rises on the prospect of fresh sanctions

The oil prices has edged upwards with the US and Europe preparing to impose more sanctions on Russia, following an escalation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Business Day TV discussed this with RMB's commodities trader, Raymond Phillips.
