Novelcast 47: Marli (Recorded live @ Pitch Music & Arts 2020)

Local DJ /producer Marli injects her original productions and DJ sets with the halcyon sounds of Detroit techno and Chicago house. With a history of formal music training, her original works have laid the foundation for her selector credentials and frequent performances at local hotspots Dr Morse, Xe54, Section 8, and Revolver Upstairs. On top of that, Marli has warmed up the decks for internationals and locals including Detroit Swindle, Harvey Sutherland, Ben Pearce, Big Miz, Sally C and Whiskey Houston. At the recent Pitch Music & Arts, she warmed up stage 3 on the Sunday for Germany's Ben Rau. She held down the fort with a dense set of underground house that was fun as it was uncompromising.
