Nobody Expects the Spanish Inquisition!

<p>John the Baptist was worried that Jesus wasn&apos;t the Messiah because he wasn&apos;t doing what John expected.</p><p>The people coming to see Jesus were doing so because they were looking for entertainment or healing, but not to learn something new, because Jesus wasn&apos;t teaching what they expected.</p><p>How much of your spiritual life is formed by expectations rather than by following Jesus?</p><p><br/><br/></p><p>Comments or questions?
