'No Legal Basis' For Government To Extend Shannon-Heathrow Slots

A Clare Government TD claims the State has 'no legal basis' to extend an agreement for Aer Lingus to continue providing a Heathrow route to Shannon Airport. Meelick-based Fianna Fail Deputy Cathal Crowe, who's a member of the Committee, claims the issue arising is due to a political failure from previous Governments.
