On the heels of the announcement that no fans will be permitted at Giants games for the foreseeable future, we check in with Giants super fan Joe Ruback, better known as License Plate Guy, for a reaction. Joe also reveals how he's trying to organize an outdoor fan gathering this fall for fans to gather (if permitted by law) to watch the game.
