Nigeria’s Presidential Aspirant Defends 2023 Education Plan

The People's Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Atiku Abubakar, says he will hand over Federal Government-owned universities to state governments. <br />Atiku says the Federal Government does not have infinite resources. <br />He says the only way is to make sure that they make a conducive environment available to both foreign and local investors to participate in the country, whether it is infrastructure, whether it is education, whether it is power.
