This has led to a spirited debate about the merits of ending the prohibition of cannabis.</p> <p style="font-weight:400;">In international news we will discuss Doug Johnson’s article “What are the prospects for Canada’s Federal Drug Decriminalisation Bill?”. The New Democratic Party has proposed a bill to decriminalise drug possession nationwide.
