The newly elected Cathaoirleach of the West Clare Municipal District is calling for council resources to be spread evenly across the region. Fianna Fáil Councillor from Ennistymon, Shane Talty believes work to ensure economic prosperity in all towns and villages in the area needs to be a main focus.
