Dear Steve and Shirley, my husband and I have been married for 8 years and during the pandemic, we did the opposite of gaining weight. We got serious about our health and lost a lot of weight. We spent our evenings walking around the neighborhood and he created a workout program for me, from stuff he found online. So, we are back to our pre-marriage weight.
