My Breakdown was my breakthrough with Marian Trench

<p>My guest this week is Marian Trench, a bio-energy, reiki, hidden mind and corrective sound therapist based in Co. Roscommon. I have known Marian for years and am so blessed to have her as one of my closest friends and also my 'go-to' person for my own self-care needs. I met Marian over 13 years ago at a time in her life that she was experiencing huge anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, I believe the Universe aligned our paths so we could meet up and connect that day and it was a soul connection that both of us would learn and benefit from immensely.&nbsp;</p> <p>Marian shares with us how from her birth right through to her teenage years that her physical body manifested the stress and fears She was unable to process from a young age and how her breakdown led her to find healing and now is a sought after therapist in helping others.&nbsp;</p> <p>Marian is also one of the 13 therapists that collaborated with me in our book <a href="https://www.facebook.com/awakenyourwellbeing">Awaken Your Wellbeing</a> in which we share with our readers our own personal stories and what tools and techniques we learned or used in our own healing or recovery.
