Most Small Businesses Are Missing This Pivotal Tool

<p>Small business has faced a lot of challenges over the past few decades and has had many opportunities as well. When I look at the most small businesses in our community, the strongest ones have been the ones that have done a great job marketing through social media and have utilized technology to their advantage rather than being victims of it.</p> <p><br></p> <p>As great as social media has been as a tool, it also brings up the risk of over reliance. Something I&#39;ll call Platform Risk. What do when the winds of change erase our hard earned followings? How do we prevent having to completely start over every 5 years as the new hot platform takes over?
