Most Nigerian artists make music without substance – Ajebo Hustlers back Burna Boy

<p>Nigerian musical duo, Ajebo Hustlers have backed Grammy-winning singer, Burna Boy’s controversial statement that the afrobeats genre has no lyrical “substance.”</p>, <p>DAILY POST reported that Burna Boy, in a recent interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, asserted that 90 per cent of Nigerian musicians make music with no substance.</p>, <p>Reacting via their Twitter handle, Ajebo Hustlers said Burna Boy was on point.</p>, <p>Ajebo Hustlers tweeted: “Be mad at Burna all you want!! Still don’t change the fact that half y’all favs make music with no substance. Tbh to be honest that’s absolutely fair cause this is entertainment at the end of the day. But he’s saying the bitter truth.”</p>
