Morningstar's Rating On Tesla

<p>David Whiston, U.S. Autos Equity Analyst at Morningstar, has a 1-star rating and a $349 price target on Tesla. They took their 2021 deliveries forecast down to 800K from 950K and expect the semiconductor shortage to slow Tesla's production. They have a 3-star rating and a $59 price target on General Motors. He adds that all four GM brands grew retail sales by double-digit amounts. </p><p><br></p>
