Morning Reload - Who’s He Representing? 11/6

<p>Johnson County Republican Party Chairman Mike Madden hasn't held a meeting in 240 days--since the day he was elected.  Yet, he attended the WY GOP State Central Committee Meeting in Newcastle this past weekend.  He even spoke about property taxes.  How could he possibly represent Johnson County Republicans if he hasn't spoken to them?</p>
