Morning Reload - Happy Valentine’s Mr. Speaker! 2/14

<p>The legislature convenes today in what is sure to be an unwelcome Valentine's Day gift to Wyoming Citizens.  No one's liberty is safe while they are in session.  There's a reason why I haven't trusted Cheyenne since 1892 and you shouldn't trust them either.  Will they prove it to us again?</p>
