More Conversations, Less Agenda - 3 things I do in Every NEW Interaction with Cary Jack

<p>More conversation, less agenda.  </p><p>In this episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I share with you the 3 things I do in every new interaction.</p><p>I want to tell you my word of the year is service, adding value to others, and connecting to oneself.</p><p> </p><p>Before I really had this mindset of service over self. I was a taker, I was always looking for what I could get from every situation. And I realized that's the ugliest mindset to go into an interaction with and now my true mindset is, how can I build a real connection and how I can add value to them?  </p><p> </p><p>So I want to share with you these three tactical things I do in every single new interaction which have been part of my intuitive being:  </p><p> </p><p>1. Find the commonality - People want to do business with or they know like and trust</p><p>2. Explore synergies- Ask questions and listen. Determine what can you do to support them</p><p>3. Determine who I can connect them to in my network-Determine who may be a good fit based on their personality their industry and their goals and make that connection</p><p> </p><p>This is an awesome opportunity for mutually beneficial relationships such as affiliate/referral partnerships.
