Moment #22: Unmasking Reluctant Leaders

<p>Moment #22 // Some people really don't want to lead. But they don’t necessarily <em>know</em> that they don’t want to. So, why would they take on a leadership role if they have no desire to lead? And how do you identify a reluctant leader?</p><br><p>The clue is in the expectations they place upon their team?
