Modist Brewing Apiary Drip - Siren Waltzer - ep377

<p>Modist Brewing is out of Minneapolis, MN. They have released a rather interesting IPA, one that we've never tried before. This double dry-hopped IPA has local honey, milk sugar and is hopped with Strata, Simcoe, cryo Simcoe and cryo Sabro. It's a lot to take in. Siren is starting to return to the international market after a slight absence. They are really jumping out with some big beers. Waltzer is a 13.5% imperial double milk stout with rum barrel aged coffee beans. It's a fun tasty treat.</p>
